Call Center software. The telephony card drivers and telephony support software are distributed on the same CD with Command! Call Center. Command! Call Center may run with Windows NT or XP but is not supported.\par \par Supported Intel (Dialogic) telephony cards include D/4PCI, D/41EPCI, D/41JCT, and VFX/PCI. Other telephony cards are not supported by Custom Speech USA at this time. Telephony cards and related components must be purchased from Custom Speech USA to be supported. View this Readme\par \par 3. Accept the License Agreement\par When installing you must review the software license agreement provided with your install kit. Please read the license completely. If you accept the terms and conditions, press the Yes button. Otherwise press No to exit the install process.\par \par 4. Provide Customer Information\par The InstallWizard next asks for customer information. \par \par 5. Select Setup Type\par Three choices are available. The install options are explained above in the INSTALL OPTIONS section. Custom allows you to install only selected components.\par \par CLIENT ONLY SETUP\par After selecting the setup type click next to continue. The InstallWizard confirms setup type before it begins copying installation files. Click on Back button to review or change settings. If the Next button is clicked, file installation will begin. After the installation is complete, click the Finish button.\par \par CUSTOM SETUP\par This permits installation of selected components.\par \par After choosing a custom installation, the InstallWizard will display the option to select where to install the Command! Call Center files. You can change the installation folder or keep the default, press next to continue. You will then be presented with a window allowing you to select components to install. A gray checkbox indicates that the item cannot be unselected. Once the desired options are checked, click next to continue.\par \par The InstallWizard confirms setup type before it begins copying installation files.
