VNC (Virtual Network Computing) is a free software application that provides desktop sharing between computers. Custom Speech USA™ uses this software to provide live demonstrations and technical support.
Live Demonstration - This will take you to a live demonstration through your web browser. Note that you must first contact Custom Speech to get a password and have the server ready in order for this to work. For more information, or to schedule a demonstration, please call 1-219-662-3800.
In order to have a support representative view your desktop, you need to run a simple program to connect to our systems remotely. Please first call 1-219-662-3800 for support help, and our support staff will help get access to your system.
Download and run our VNC client support software. You can elect to save this file for future use, or simply to download and run it now.
When you start the program, you will be presented with a screen similar to the
following. Double click the item as requested by your support person.
Next you will be prompted for a session ID.
Type in the number specified by your support person into the window, and press
the OK button.
You will now be connected to the Custom Speech USA site for remote access. The support person will connect to your computer and be able to view and operate with your desktop for assistance. When the session ends, the program automatically exists and uninstalls itself.
